These terms govern your NeoNeo Bank account. The contracting party is NEONEO HOLDINGS LTD, registered office 20 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU. Director: Paul Kappel.

By opening an account you confirm that the information you give is true, that you are 18 or older, and that you act in your own name.

Free includes the account. Plus adds investing. Black adds insurance cover as described in the app and NeoNeo Points. You may change plan later. Fees are shown before you choose.

We must verify your identity before the account goes live. We may refuse or close an account where law or our risk policy requires it, including incomplete documents or a PEP we cannot accept.

You must keep your password and authenticator safe. You are responsible for payments you authorise. Notify us without delay if you lose access or see a payment you did not make.
